Help with using this site

Welcome to the web version of the Mental Health Rights Manual.

We have tried to make this site as easy to use as possible, however we do understand with so much information it might be hard to find what you want quickly.

In order to look for specific terms, use the search bar at the top of the screen.  That will reference all pages that mention the term or terms you search upon.

If you find it hard reading the text because it is too small, then simply use the controls to the right of that search bar.  These will allow you to view the words at the size that is easiest to read for you.

To browse the chapters of the manual, simply click on the chapter headings on the left hand side of this page.  This will allow you to see the sections that reside under that chapter.  Once you click on another chapter, the previous chapter will automatically collapse back up again for you.  If you don't want to see the current chapter's contents - then simply click on the expanded section again and it'll just display the list of chapters again.

To download a version you can print off and read at your leisure, simply click on the 'Download PDF Version' above the chapter listings over there on the left hand side.  You will need to have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer to read it though, to get this simply click here.

To simply print the current section you are reading, click on the 'Print this section' link just under the page title.
